Please reach us within 24 hours after delivery. New product will be shipped after we receive the exchange product (WE DO NOT REFUND). The exchange process takes ( 4-5 ) working days. If pin code is not under serviceable, the customer is required to ship the products back ( Brand will only charge for Forward Shipment ). Returns are available only in the form of store credit ( WE DO NOT REFUND ). Credit note is valid for 6 months from the issued date on the registered mail id. Once the product reaches us back our team will give you a store credit/ship your new product/s (WE DO NOT REFUND). COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: * Partial COD orders can be canceled prior to dispatch refund is not provided. * Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
